Miro is provided by Kevin Gary for everyday breathing and relaxation. The iPhone app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Our privacy policy describes data processing.

Miro Plus

In the United States, Miro Plus is $14.99 per month. Eligible new subscribers receive a seven-day free trial with 10 live conversation minutes total. Paid monthly periods include 60 live minutes, plus guided moments and sleepscapes. Live sessions last up to 10 minutes each. Recorded playback does not consume live minutes. Unused minutes expire at the end of the applicable period, and there are no overage charges.

Apple confirms the price and any eligible trial before purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current trial or subscription period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Everyday support

Miro is an AI companion, not a human, therapist, medical device, or emergency service. Responses can be incorrect. Do not rely on Miro for diagnosis, treatment, or urgent decisions. Keep breathing gentle and comfortable and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. Do not use breathing exercises while driving or in water.
